                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   ERNEST KRESCH, RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL
                   ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO. 47, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SIX
                   HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($28,608.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Ernest
       Kresch, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project, Tract 
No.
       47, for a consideration of $28,608.00.
